You know what I don't quite get? Just because you CAN do something doesn't always mean you WANT TO ALWAYS do it. Like, driving.

Yes, it's nice and all, and without my mom in the car I enjoy it a little more, but I DON'T WANT TO DRIVE EVERYWHERE. BUFORD HIGHWAY IN PARTICULAR. At least I got a yummy Subway sandwich for lunch tomorrow. (And I went to Northlake Mall today, and got a harmonica kit =DD. Ishall learn yet!)

Can't drive to school in the morning, due to the fact COACH CARTER is in charge of parking permits. When did this happen?? He wasn't there when we went on Friday, so we have to get that sorted out on the first day of school. >.< I REFUSE TO PARK IN THE PIT. That place is SCARY (actually, it parallels Buford Highway in many ways XD) But, more cars are involved. Hopefully I'll get a numbered parking space tomorrow.

Ugh, this is the reason why I have issues with it. Even though I'm content with my style of playing, Dad keeps trying to get me to change it. From going to my staright-forward, accurate flat serve, I have to practice the spin serve instead. Which is, basically, the same thing. I honestly don't see much of a difference in the two.

And he'll make me do the same thing for 10-20 minutes. Just serving. I feel like it's like damn drills again. And we'll rally for that long as well, which is fine, but he'll get mad if I don't set up EXACTLY how he wants me to the entire time. If I want to hit the ball with my backhand, he'll yell at me to use the forehand. If I use one hand, it has to be two. Can't hit the ball without measuring it, even though IT'S RIGHT BLOODY THERE.

I can't wait until I do this stupid tournement and this will be over with (for now >.<)

~~I need to pick up another sport, seriously. Thinking about picking up my sword sports again, when I can drive and go by myself whenever. And I should run more, I think.~~

Shh, do you hear that? It's the sound of my keyboard clicking in time with my tapping, and the sound of my music playing. <3 I needed a day to myself.

I'M SO GLAD I'M DONE WITH WORK! (At least, until the next time a tournement rolls around.) Two days of that was enough for quite some time, I'd say. ~~I got over a $100 for the trouble, though :3.~~ Much randomness insued while I was there. Bitchy parents, annoying old ladies who booted me out of the air-conditioning for 2 hours, and walkie-talkies (which my Dad stole from me while ago.) Got up at 5 for work, went to string a racquet with Dad at 6, at 8 we'd go to Waffle House, and from 9 AM to 9 PM I'd babysit various peoples.

*Deep breath* I made it though, which was the goal. =]

Tomorrow and Saturday I'll be finishing my Alphonse costume for AAD, which should be fun because I've gotten Yuki and some of those guys to go. I can't wait to see them ^^ ~~Wonder if they'll recognize me in my poser-of-Edward outfit XD~~

Yeah, really tired though. (Even though I just slept 9 hours.) ~~Even Mom noticed that I haven't been sleeping that well up there. Although she just blamed it on the bed we had to sleep on. >.<~~ I want to sleep normally for a while.

NO MORE DRIVER'S ED! I passed with a 90. (No one failed ^^) It was pretty painless considering what it could have been like. So I'm pleased ^^

Three Things I Learned in Driver's Ed:

1. Hookers can be counted as distractions on the road
2. One of the Golden Girls ended up making WAY too many sexual comments (OHGODOHGOD >.< but it was still funny)
3. You don't have to be a glass kisser if you don't want to be. XD BUCKLE THAT BELT!

Now, back to semi-regular life.

I LOVE THIS ANIME!! (Tried to read the manga, but I don't like the drawing much in the beginning. It's all bleh and too shojo/bubbly for the plotline. I need to read it though.) A bunch of people have told me I needed to watch it and they were right. I'm glad they did. =D

I highly recommend it! ^^

Although because of Death the Kid (voiced by the guy who did Tamaki and Light, go figure) I'm going to be noticing things are symmetrical. ("EIGHT IS SYMMETRICAL!!! PLEASE CHANGE IT TO EIGHT!!" - Death the Kid) XD ~~And now I want to cosplay Maka and Tsubaki from it (and want Soul's jacket), but my cosplay calendar is full. >.< DAMMIT!~~

And the obvious shipping in the show is great. Soul/Maka is my OTP. ~~Followed closely by Spirit/Stein XDD~~
